What is Video-On-Demand? Video-On-Demand is video available to you, on your computer, whenever you want to see it.
What is streaming? We use streaming to transmit video to your computer, so that you can start watching it immediately.
Which is the right player for my system? If you're using Windows, the right player for your system is Windows Media Player 11. If you're using a Macintosh, the right player for your system is QuickTime 6. If you're using a Linux machine, the right player for your system is the RealOne Player.
Which web browsers work well with the Muzility.com website? The Muzility.com website works well with Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera, Netscape, and Mozilla.
Do I need the latest player to view the video? Yes. In order to be certain that the highest-quality video viewing experience is delivered to your screen Muzility uses the most up-to-date software to produce the video signal that your player receives.
Where do I get the latest player for the video I want to watch? If you have a relatively new computer, the latest player may already be installed on your system, and you will be all ready to view videos. However, if you are having problems viewing a video, you may need to install the latest video player software, which is often available on the manufacturer's web site. To help you find the player software more easily, each video includes a get player link to the appropriate download/installation page.

Video Problems:
When I click to play, all I get is a blank screen, what should I do? Sometimes the volume of traffic on the Internet can interfere with making a successful connection to the Muzility video servers. If you can see the 'video viewer' window, but the player display is blank and no audio is playing, try selecting the 'reload' link (in the upper right corner of the window). Doing so will cause the system to attempt reconnection and begin playback of the video. If you are using a firewall to provide Internet security for your computer, it may be blocking transmission of QuickTime videos. If your QuickTime player cannot start the video, you might try the following adjustments for Bypassing a Firewall in QuickTime 6.3:
From the QuickTime Player menu:
Select the menu item, "Edit>Preferences>QuickTime Preferences..." to open the "QuickTime Settings" window.
Select the "Streaming Transport" section
Set the Protocol to "HTTP".
Set the Port to "554"
Press "OK"
Close and restart your web browser for this change to take effect.
Note: for more information on using QuickTime with a "firewall" or "proxy server", please visit: QuickTime
When I click to play the video, it crashes to the desktop or seems to 'freeze up.' What should I do? You should consult the troubleshooting instructions for your player.
When I click to play, the video is choppy or the audio is garbled. Can this be corrected? Possibly. You should begin by consulting the troubleshooting instructions for your player. Sometimes there are preference settings in your video player software that can be adjusted to improve the performance of your video and audio output: Setting Connection Speed in Windows Media Player 11: From the Media Player 11 main window:
Select the menu item, "Tools>Options..." to open the "Options" window.
Select the "Performance" tab
Locate the drop-down list labeled: "Choose connection speed".
Select the best match for your connection type and speed
Setting Connection Speed in QuickTime 6.3:
Select the "Connection Speed" section
From the drop-down list, select the best match for your connection type and speed
Close the "QuickTime Settings" window
